How we work

From first call to final file, in writing.

You know the price, every finished piece and every delivery date before anything starts. Then we hold to them.

Most of a film's impact is decided before anyone opens an edit.

Who is it for? What do they believe now, and what should they believe when it ends? What should they do next? We work through those questions with you in the brief, then build the story on paper, where changes are quick and cheap. By the time production starts, everyone has agreed on the same film. So the time goes into making it great, not into figuring out what it is.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the job, your audience and the date you need it. We ask a lot of questions here. The answers shape what people feel.

  2. 02

    Plan

The story on paper first: concept, shotlist and storyboard. Then the price, every finished piece and every date, for you to sign.

  3. 03

    Production

The director shapes the story with writers, visual artists and sound specialists. A camera crew joins for live shoots.

  4. 04

    Post-production

Edit, color, sound and motion graphics. This is where the impact gets built.

  5. 05

    Delivery

The film and every finished piece, each on its date, in the formats your plan lists.

What you can count on

01Your date

Your main film's delivery date is guaranteed. If it's late, 20% comes off your final invoice. Every finished piece gets its own date in your plan too.

02Your price

A flat price, set in your written plan before anything starts. You see what's included, and what costs extra, before you sign.

03Your plan

Every finished piece is named before production starts, so the project covers each one and nothing gets decided for you after the fact.

Your film arrives on the date in your contract, or 20% comes off your final invoice.

Here's how that works. Your signed plan gives the main film a delivery date, and that is the date we guarantee. Every finished piece gets a date in the plan too. A film counts as delivered when we send you the download link.

Your plan also lists what we need from you, and when: script sign-off, feedback, your brand files, time with anyone who appears on camera. If something we need arrives late, each later date shifts by as many days as the delay, and we confirm the new dates in writing.

If we miss that date, you don't have to ask. The 20% comes off your final invoice.

A clear goal, a date, one person who gathers feedback, and your brand files.

A clear goal for the film, the date you need it, one person who gathers your team's feedback, your brand files, and time with anyone who appears on camera. Your plan lists each of these with a date, so both sides know what happens when.

Some scenes are made with AI when that is the best way to get the shot. The film still goes through our full edit.
