Cybersecurity video production

Security is hard to explain. Your film should make it clear.

EXV plugs directly into your marketing efforts. We create launch films, product explainers and conference content for security companies, made for buyers who have heard every pitch. Your main film's delivery date is guaranteed. Projects start at $15K.

We guarantee your main film's delivery date, so you can count on it for your premiere.

A cybersecurity video should never be forty-five seconds of blue gradient and a lock icon that every buyer has already seen.

It should be a stunning, cinematic film that shows a buyer what the threat looks like, what your product does about it and why your team is the one to trust.

Cybersecurity video production is planning, filming and finishing those films for a security company: the launch film that carries your announcement, the explainer your sales team sends ahead of the demo and the opener that plays before your keynote.

Security buyers tune out big promises. What earns their attention is a plain account of the problem, the product shown doing its job and a voice that respects a security architect's intelligence. We love building the moment a skeptical buyer finally understands what you do.

From one production, we plan your launch film, your homepage video, your social posts and your paid ads together, so one set of assets carries your launch all the way through conference season.

What a security buyer needs to see before they take the call.

The threat, said plainly

  • The problem your product solves, in words a CISO and a board member can both follow.

The product at work

  • Your platform shown doing its job, with design and motion where a screen recording would lose them.

The people behind it

  • Your founders and engineers on camera, so buyers meet the team they would be trusting with their data.

A calm, confident voice

  • A premium film that presents your company as the leader in your category, without fear tactics.

Built for launch day, the sales cycle and conference season.

Launch film

For the product release or funding announcement your whole year is built around.

Product explainer

How your platform works in a few clear minutes, for the buyer who wants to understand it before sitting through a demo.

Conference content

Keynote openers, booth films and recaps planned around RSA Conference, Black Hat and your own customer events.

Customer story

A security leader at one of your clients explains the impact your product has had on them, in their own words.

From the first storyboard to the final frame, the heavy lifting is ours.

  1. Pre-production

We begin with your goals, the buyers we want to reach and the date your announcement goes out. Our creative team writes the vision, storyboard and script with your product experts. You see exactly what your final product will look like before production begins.

  2. Production

After you approve the plan, we create your film: we film your people, build the motion graphics and design your product on screen. When your CISO or a customer can't travel, our full remote filming capability still gets the interview at the highest cinematic level.

  3. Post-production

Our team turns every interview, screen and graphic into a stunning, cinematic finished film. Edit, color, sound and multi-format delivery are all part of full post-production, so the finished film arrives ready to share.

  4. Delivery

Your plan gives every finished piece a delivery date, with the main film timed to your announcement. If the main film is late, 20% comes off your final invoice.

With EXV you get a full film team for your launch, without hiring, managing or scheduling one yourself.

Your project has a creative director, writers, professional cinematographers, visual artists, motion artists, sound engineers and voice-over specialists. One team carries the work from the first big idea to the last clip of conference week. We give you updates and check-ins so you can focus on what you do best.

We say the problem plainly, show the product working and let your experts and customers do the talking.

The script says the threat plainly, the film shows your product handling it with design and motion, and your own engineers and customers explain the rest on camera.
